Cantonese Bittergourd Soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pour hot water over the ribs and bring to boil. Once it boils, remove from stove and add to crock pot.
* Step 2
Slice then soak the preserved tuber in water for 5 minutes. Wash away the chillies.
* Step 3
Chop bittergourd, carrots, preserved tuber, and tomatoes.
Slice ginger.
* Step 4
Throw everything into the pot with the pork ribs. Add 2.5l water into the pot (up to you).
* Step 5
Let it boil for about 3 1/2 hours. Add salt to taste.
