Add BOILING WATER, don’t add all at once to prevent dough getting too sticky, add just until the right amount for right consistency

Use chopstick to mix flour and water into dough like

Incorporate sweet potato into starch mixture
* Step 9
End dough should be non sticky
* Step 10
Roll dough into cut sizes and cut
* Step 11
Dust with starch to prevent sticking, keep in freezer for future use
