Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven 175C, top and bottom heat
* Step 2
Mixed banana with butter well
* Step 3
Add baking powder and mix again
* Step 5
Add egg and mix very well then add vanilla extract and mix
* Step 6
Add sifted flour and mix well
* Step 7
Bake in loaf pan (4x8 long loaf) for 50 mins
* Step 8
To add Nutella (optional), pour in half of the batter, the add few spoonful Nutella and give a swirl then add the remaining batter
