Ingredient

Water

3/4 cup

Sugar

2 stick

Cinnamon

1 cup

Rice

1 cup

Milk

dash

Vanilla

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine water, sugar and cinnamon sticks and melt down.

* Step 2

Bring to a boil and add rice. Reduce heat cook for half hour.

* Step 3

Test and add half to 1 cup milk. Add vanilla to taste.
