Bell Pepper Seafood Pasta

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook Pasta according to package directions

* Step 2

Season Squid, Scallops and Shrimps with white wine, salt and pepper

* Step 3

In a nonstick skillet, add a tbsp olive oil and cook the seafood for 1 1/2 minutes, set aside

* Step 4

In a nonstick skillet, sauté garlic & onion in olive oil for 1 1/2 minutes

* Step 5

Add green pepper and cook for 2 minutes

* Step 6

Add all purpose flour and mix it well

* Step 7

Add olives, oregano, salt and cayenne pepper

* Step 8

Add water, cook and stir until mixture comes to boil and thicken

* Step 9

Add the squid and shrimps with the mixture

* Step 10

Drain pasta and stir into skillet

* Step 11

Add a pinch of Rosemary, Enjoy! 😋
