Vickys Gammon & Pineapple with Stir Fry Noodles GF DF EF SF NF
You can probably tell by all the pineapple recipes I've been posting lately that Jack is food trialling pineapple! It's going well and this is delicious
Ingredient

20 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
If using dry noodles, put them in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 10 minutes
* Step 2
Meanwhile grill / broil the gammon steaks on medium for 5 minutes on one side
* Step 3
Turn the gammon over, top each with a pineapple ring and a tsp of juice from the tin
* Step 4
Chop the remaining pineapple from the tin
* Step 5
Grill the gammon for another 5 minutes until the pineapple is golden around the edges
* Step 6
Meanwhile heat the oil in a frying pan over a high heat and stir fry the garlic, cabbage strips and chopped pineapple for a minute
* Step 7
Add the Worcestershire sauce, the rest of the pineapple juice from the tin and the drained rice noodles. Fry a minute until heated through
* Step 8
Serve the gammon steaks on top of the noodle stacks with a sprinkle of chilli flakes and some sliced scallions / spring onion
