The Perfect Snack

Ok, for those that liked my Chewy Granola submission, this one is even easier and tastes just as great! I've added oatmeal in a few batches and also Cinnamon Toast Crunch in another, both were so good! It's hard to keep them around when my daughter and granddaughter visits.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a microwave safe bowl add the peanut butter and honey and heat for 2.5 - 3 minutes

* Step 2

Remove from microwave and stir in the 3 cups of what you chose and pecans.

* Step 3

Line a small casserole dish with parchment paper and place mixture in dish, pressing to make it as even as possible.

* Step 4

Refrigerate for 2 hours then remove from dish and cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
