Smoked Brisket "Spring Rolls"
Last time I was at the grocery store I found some egg roll skins and figured I'd use them on something...
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Use the trimmed fat to moisten the egg roll skins as you prepare each one. Set oil to heating while you roll.
* Step 2
In one corner add a Tsp of Brisket and cheese
* Step 4
Cook until golden brown on each side. Remove from oil and drain. Serve with BBQ Sauce of your choice.
