Capsicum cubes

1/4 cup

Green peas

1 medium

Onion cubes

1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds

1/2 tsp

Pulao masala

to taste

Salt

1 tbsp

Oil

1 tbsp

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak the rice for 1/2 hr.

* Step 2

Make a fine paste of spinach,coriander,green chillies along with 1 tsp oil

* Step 3

Heat a kadai (fring pan) along with oil and ghee. Add cumin seeds,bay leaf and fry for 1/2 min.

* Step 4

Add onion cubes, and saute for 3 min.

* Step 5

Add ginger,garlic paste and saute for 1 min. Add capsicum cubes,green peas and saute for 1/2min. Add spinach paste and saute for 2 min.

* Step 6

Add drained rice,pulao masala and mix it well,add 1 1/2 cup of water,salt and cover with lid.

* Step 7

Cook for 4 min on high flame and reduce the flame and cook for 15 min.
