Cumin fried rice jeera rice

#weekwhite #rainbowchallenge So one called jeera rice is very famous in every restaurant and home it is very tasty and easy to make.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1/2 tsp

salt

2 tbsp

oil or ghee

as needed

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and Soak rice for 1/2an hour with double water

* Step 2

Add 2tbs of oil in a pan heat it abd add cumin in it after crackling add soaked rice and water carefully.

* Step 3

After came one boil slow the flame when became whole in rice it seems water dries up and switch off the gas. And add coriander leaves in it.

* Step 4

Garnish with little cumin roasted in oil and coriander leaves

* Step 5

If you have leftover plain rice then heat rice in microwave and very easy to make jeera rice. Just add oil and crackled cumin seeds and pour on the rice and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy with lunch or dinner.
