Soyabean halwa
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Morning remove the skin of soyabean by rubbing and grind in a paste with one cup water now take one litre water and mix it. Now take a big pan add soya milk mixture boil it nicely by continuing stirring. I forgot to take the photo
* Step 2
Now strain the milk mixture in a muslin cloth and squeeze nicely it is hot use laddle and strainer to squeeze it. Do not throw the squeezed mixture. From that we can make halwa and baji with palak besan and spices that is full of proteins and fiber.
* Step 3
When I had the photo it is half roasted toffu and baji I can not make u can see the video of moni Singh agricultural technical officer. I take one cup milk little hot add 1 tsp curd rest for 5'6 hour u can get set curd.taste is little different but I use with in normal curd raita no body will guess.
* Step 4
Now I had take milk and mix with kesar pista milk shake powder that was also tasty.
* Step 5
Then I made halwa it is just like moong dal halwa. Take a pan add ghee and roast soyabean fiber and saute till leaves the ghee add 2 cups of water and sugar mix well add dry fruits of your choice cardamom powder and enjoy this yummy halwa no body can guess it
