Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a big bowl add maida,ghee,salt,carrom seeds crushed in hands or cumin seeds mix well add water to make smooth dough not very hard or not soft. Rest it for 10 minutes

* Step 2

Meanwhile grind all masala in a grinder and keep aside.roll it like a thick chappatti. Now with the help of sharp lid cut semi circle shape.it start from one side finish and cut from other side. Fry in hot oil when starts came on the top of oil then fry in med heat so make it crispy

* Step 3

This is the lid u can use.it is a medicine both lid clean and give the shape. Fry till light golden colour. Remove from the oil and spread on grinded pudina masala. Taste is yummy and good look. Enjoy in tea time.
