Puri, sooji halwa, white and black chana with rice

It is high protein breakfast in Indian kitchen and very popular in ashtami poojan.and without garlic and onion u can say jain breakfast also.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add all dry masala in soaked overnight white chanaand cook till done. In a pan add oil and tomato puree saute till leaves the oil add chilli powder and add in cooked white chanaand again give one whistle to absorb all masalas. Garnish with coriander leaves or not.
* Step 2
For black chanasame method I didn't use tomato puree but boiling time add ginger powder,asofetida,salt and turmeric till done.for tadka time I use ghee and cumin seeds and dry all masalas.red chilli to make thick masala channa
* Step 3
Rice soaked for an hour by adding salt and little ghee microwave for 12 minutes. Make poori in enough hot med oil.
* Step 4
For halwa add ghee in a big pan add rava roast till golden brown then add sugar cardamom,cashew,raisins etc and 4 times water and still carefully it splash all sides to keep safe close the lid immediately and stirring well between little at a time not fully dries the water it should be semi thick after cool it will be thicken but in this way halwa will soft and yummy garnish with almonds.
* Step 5
I did not use any food colour if u want soak saffron few in hot milk and add at the time of water. Enjoy this high protein breakfast as well as ashtami prasad enjoy this from Indian kitchen.
