Black chana with soyabean salad

It is amazing in taste and healthy for everyone and especially very good for diabetics it gives full energy to work it is good in breakfast as well as evening time when we feel little hungry.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash and soak both chana and soyabean overnight next morning again wash and by adding water just to dip by adding salt asafoetida and ginger garlic chopped and to cook for 4 whistles in pressure cooker. Ginger garlic and asofetida gives good flavour and easy to digest. Now chopped finely green chilli and onion.Chop tomatoes and cucumber. Now heat olive oil to just toss the onion and green chilli add black chana and soyabean cool it in room temperature add chopped tomatoes
* Step 2
And cucumber by adding rock salt and black pepper powder serve with lemon slices or squeeze lemon on it.Really it is amazing in taste and good for all.
