It is very famous dal in punjabi dabhas
With tandoori roti ,Fulka and chappatti I present before u dabhas dal.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First soak chickpeas dal for 1 hour add cleaned black urad split dal,dry masalas,ginger garlic curry leaves and asofetida and salt add water just to dip dal 1 inch level water.
* Step 2
Whistle 3 in pressure cooker and off the gas when cool open it and add 1 cup more water if does not cook properly then again give 2 whistles. Make tadka for dal with cumin seeds,onion when golden brown add tomato and red chilli powder serve hot with chappatti
* Step 3
I made tadka from my own gravy masala means masala ka bap I made this from so many curries like all dal tadka,khichdi tadka, egg curry, aloo bangain, rajmah curry etc it is very easy for me to finish my kitchen work very early can check my recipes I use little oil or butter crackle cumin seeds and add gravy masala with adding little water add little chilli powder. I serve with this dal aloo bangain sabji.and roti
