Rava Spongy Idli

Ingredient

2 cups

curd

1 tbsp

Mixed dal

to taste

Salt

1 packet

Eno (pouch)

1 tsp

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roasted rava is available in market or dry roast it.Now take a bowl add rava,curd salt and and mix well kept it aside for 10 minutes if batter is thick add little water and make consistency like idli batter.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and mustard when crackle add mixed dal roast it and cool it add in the idli batter and grease the iddli moulds nicely

* Step 3

Just before Making time add eno powder and sprinkle water in idli batter and mix well. Now pour batter in the idli moulds and steam for 10 minutes or till done check with tooth pick if it is clear so it is ready

Serve with Sambhar and coconut chutney or sauce enjoy it
