Idiyappam with stew
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds when crackle add ginger garlic chopped 1 tsp sauté for a minute
* Step 2
Add chopped onion and green chilli, curry leaves sauté for a little add all veggies one by one and roast for 2 minutes
* Step 3
On the other side grated coconut put in the grinder jar and grindwell with 1/2 cup of water
* Step 4
Now with the help of strainer squeeze the milk and keep it aside now again left the coconut and add 1/2 cup of water again grind and separate the thin milk
* Step 5
First milk is thick add second milk in the veggies and cook till tender add salt and garam masala
* Step 6
Now slow the flame add first coconut milk donot boil it just warm and switch off the flame add inch of cardamom powder
* Step 7
Garnish with coriander leaves
* Step 8
Idiyappam I used readymade and only steam it and serve with stew
* Step 9
Relish the taste of this yummy breakfast
