Instant moong dal halwa

It’s easy and yummy

Ingredient

1 cup

ghee

1 cup

sugar

4 cup

water

50 gm

Almonds

50 gm

cashew

50 gm

raisins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a pan dry roast dal till golden brown Please note that stir continuously

* Step 2

Now cool it and powderd in a grinder jar

* Step 3

Heat a pan add ghee in it and put powder dal in it and again roast till leaves the ghee and should be golden brown

* Step 4

Slow the heat and add all dry fruits chopped in it keep aside for the garnishing and pour 4 cup of hot water and sugar

* Step 5

Stir well and and keep on slow heat stir it between and when water derived up and leaves the pan switch off the gas and sprinkle cardamom powder

* Step 6

Garnish with almond or cashews
