Bread Paneer fry
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add slices of bread and crumble it with ur hands or in mixy
* Step 2
Add bread crumbs grated paneer all masalas and egg white add coriander leaves chopped
* Step 3
Mix well and make a dough. Grease the rolling board spread little bread crumbs on it and put the dough spread with ur greased hands
* Step 4
Now take a cookie cutter ur choice and cut into shape and roll on crumb and keep it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes
* Step 5
Now heat oil in a wok and fry to taste little portion if it is not broken then ok otherwise add little more crumbs
* Step 6
Now fry carefully all bread paneer that we have shaped carefully at serve hot with mayonnaise and carrot, mango ginger, chilli,garlic salad in vinegar
