Veg platter

# veg platter with mixed dal( pachrangi) beans aloo and raita

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First add mixed dal and other ingredients except tadka water is required just to dip one inch extra water

* Step 2

Cook for 3 whistle and off the gas

* Step 3

Take 2 tbs of ghee add 1 tsp cumin seeds when it splutter add onion chopped sauté and add tomato sauté more when mashy add red chilli powder and add tadka when steam releases

* Step 4

Garnish with coriander chopped

* Step 5

Now take same tadka step and add salt turmeric red chilli powder litter garlic ginger sauté when raw smell goes off

* Step 6

Add beans and potatoes and add coriander now put in microwave for 12 minutes

* Step 7

Take Andy mixed it gently

* Step 8

Make raita beat curd add salt pepper onion and chopped coriander u can add chopped tomato also

* Step 9

Ready to serve with chapattis and enjoy the veg platter at lunch or dinner
