Tofu Matar Masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil and butter in a pan add chopped onion till golden brown add ginger and garlic chopped and add tomato purée sauté well till leaves the oil

* Step 2

Add salt and butter paneer masala powder and add green peas coked till tender on a slow heat adding little water

* Step 3

Add tofu pieces and cook for a little not too much otherwise it will be hard add cream and Kasturi methi cook little for 1 minutes and add milk if gravy is thick

* Step 4

Garnish with coriander chopped leaves and enjoy with roti nan and kulcha
