Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil chole with dry ingredients with garlic and ginger
* Step 2
Now make purée of spinach
* Step 3
Now heat oil in a pan add1 tej patta, 2 cloves,3-4 black pepper corns, 1 cinnamon stick heat for a minute
* Step 4
Add onion sauté till golden brown add tomato purée or chopped till leaves the ghee
* Step 5
Now add spinach purée and sauté for two minutes then add chole or white chanaand mix well
* Step 6
Add water if needs and cook till gravy thick or ur desired consistency
* Step 7
Enjoy in any occasion or in lunch or breakfast with poori and bhturas
* Step 8
Garnish with onion rings and tomato or as ur creativity
