#Palak (spinach and cottage cheese)paneer poori
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add flour salt black pepper and mix well.in a separate plate mash paneer till very smooth and no lump
* Step 2
Add spinach purée paneer 2tsp oil and all make a hard smooth dough
* Step 3
Keep it aside for 20 minutes
* Step 4
Take oil for frying poori make a small poori from this dough and fry one by one poori should be evenly from all side so make it fluffy (fuly hui)
* Step 5
Serve with tomato ketchup or pickle
