Stuffed egg paratha

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a ball from the dough flat and make a poori round and spread oil or ghee on it

* Step 2

Now fold and again spread little oil and make triangle prantha

* Step 3

Now ready to beat the egg and add all spices add onion,coriander leaves

* Step 4

Put prantha on hot tawa heat one side and little on other side cook

* Step 5

Now break the layer with the help of knife and spoon open it carefully add insert one beaten egg inside the prantha and slowly flip the side and roast with sprinkle oil from both side till golden prantha

* Step 6

Make also second triangle prantha and fill the egg mixture roast from both sides with brushing oil

* Step 7

Serve hot with ketchup and enjoy at any time
