Stuffed boiled potato parathas
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Knead the wheat flour by adding salt and little oil in it with the help of warm water.dough should be soft Keep it aside for 10 minutes
* Step 2
Mash the boiled potato add all the dry ingredients and onion and coriander leaves chopped
* Step 3
Now make a balls from the dough and roll it like poori and fill stuffing 1 big tbs and close the ball
* Step 4
With the help of dry flour press it little with palm and rolled little thick chapattis and roast both sides on hot tawa
* Step 5
Flame should be low to medium to make crispy parantha apply oil on both sides and roast till golden brown from both side
* Step 6
Make all parantha like that and serve hot with butter, curd and pickle
* Step 7
