Masala puri

Potato masala poori soft and yummy #vegan recipe

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add all ingredients and boiled mashed potato 1tsp oil

* Step 2

Knead with all ingredients with the little help of water dough should be not tight nor soft

* Step 3

Keep it aside for 10 mins

* Step 4

Heat 2 cup oil in a wok

* Step 5

Make small balls of the dough and with the help of oil roll with rolling Pinang make pooris

* Step 6

Fry till golden brown and serve hot with curd chutney and pickle

* Step 7

This is very tasty without curd and pickle also

* Step 8
