Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take all purpose flour in a bowl add salt,cumin seeds, Ajwain & mix.
* Step 2
In same bowl add 5 spoon oil then again mix & use less water & make tight dough.
* Step 3
Dough is ready so keep aside for 10/15 minutes.
* Step 4
Mean while on gas stove..take big pan or kadhai, put oil in it for deep fry.
* Step 5
Now dough is ready so on a flat surface make thin big Roti/chappati then through knife cut small long pieces or make design as you like..
* Step 6
I make straight so i call stick..Any shape you can make.
* Step 7
Oil is heated put few mathris/stick in it..& deep fry till golden brown.
* Step 8
Now it's ready to serve..
