Ingredient

Food ration :

6-8 servings
1 (200 gms)

raw mango

200 gms

jaggery

1 tsp

rock salt

1 ltr

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the mango.dice to small pieces and boil in 1/2 ltr water till tender

* Step 2

Add jaggery,red chilli powder,salt,black pepper powder,roasted cumin powder and boil for 10 min.the consistency will thicken gradually.

Allow the mixture to cool.

* Step 4

Grind to fine puree..the concentrate Aam Panna is ready.

* Step 5

Now add 1/4 cup concentrate Aam Panna in a serving glass.Fill it with ice cold water,few mint leaves and serve fresh Aam Panna.
