Masala cheese khichiya papad

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast khichiya Papad and keep aside
* Step 2
Grind coriander leaves,mint leaves,chilli,ginger,jaggery,raw mango,cumin seeds,salt to fine paste and prepare fresh green chutney
* Step 3
Grind soaked red chillies,tamarind pulp, tomatoes,garlic,salt and make red garlic chutney.
* Step 4
Gather all toppings together in a plate
* Step 5
Apply butter on top of khichiya Papad and brush it properly.
* Step 6
Brush 2 tsp green and red chutney on the top of papad
* Step 7
Crumble the Papad with your hands or by placing lid on papad and pressing it.
* Step 8
Sprinkle all finely chopped vegetables, sprouts,chat masala and salt
* Step 9
Top it with red and green chutney again,garnish it with sev, pomegranate seeds,grated cheese and coriander leaves
* Step 10
Ready to serve Mumbai's famous Masala cheese khichiya papad.
