Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel wash and grate carrots.
* Step 2
Add in deep pan with milk fat (balai) and cardamom powder cook on low flame till water dries and oil separates.
* Step 3
Add sugar and fry it on a high flame till all oil comes out from milk fat and sugar gets completely dissolved.
* Step 4
Add khoyaa + Rooh Kayodra and dry fruits mix well.
* Step 5
Garnish with dry fruits and khoya.
* Step 6
Serve hot with mini Gulab Jaman(optional)
