Coleslaw Sandwich with Eggs

#GA4 #week12 Coleslaw is a salad dish of shredded raw cabbage, carrots, and other vegetables mixed with mayonnaise. I made a delicious coleslaw with raw vegetables, mayo , hung curd, sumac powder and shreeded boil eggs. This can be eaten as it is like salad or can be used to make healthy sandwiches.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

2 tablespoon

Mayonnaise

3 tablespoon

Hung curd

1 teaspoon

red Chilli flakes

1 teaspoon

Sumac powder

1/2 teaspoon

Sugar

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Shread cabbage, carrot and purple cabbage.

In a big mixing bowl take together mayonnaise and hung curd.

Add in crushed black pepper, chilli flakes, sugar and salt.

Mix together to make a thick paste.

Add in shredded vegetables and mix well.

Also add in sumac powder to give little tartness. You can substitute sumac powder with dry pomegranate seeds.

Shread 3 boil eggs and add in to the bowlnof coleslaw.

Mix together and your delicious coleslaw with egg is ready.

Make sandwiches with this coleslaw, lettuce and bread of your choice. Or enjoy as healthy salad.
