Jackfruit is the fruit abandently available in summer. Jackfruit is very tasty and super healthy fruit that can be enjoyed ripe as well as raw as vegetable. I personally like raw jackfruit more than ripe one. Today I am sharing one of my favou raw jackfruit dish.. Jackfruit cutlet.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel, cut in small pieces,clean and take jackfruit pieces in a pressure cooker.
* Step 2
Pressure cook them with little water until cooked completely.
* Step 3
Drain and mince them in a mincer.
* Step 4
Boil and mash potato and sweet potato.
* Step 5
Add minced boil jackfruit to the mashed potatoes.
* Step 7
Add salt, turmeric powder,chopped green chillies, coriander powder, roasted jeera powder, kasoori methi, chat masala and chilli flakes.
* Step 8
Mix them well so that spices incorporate well to the mixture.
* Step 9
Make 2 inch diameter patties out of the maixture.
* Step 10
Deep fry them in hot oil in batches until golden brown.
* Step 11
Transfer the cutlets to kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
* Step 12
Serve them as snack or as side dish.
