This hot milk cake is a very simple and delicious cake that you love to have them with a cup of coffee or tea. It is flavoured with buttery, milky and is very moist and delicate.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes or until thick and fluffy.
* Step 2
Gradually add sugar and incorporate well.
* Step 3
Also add vanilla essence.
* Step 4
Combine together all purpose flour and baking powder.
* Step 5
Slowly add and incorporate the flour mixture to the egg mixture.
* Step 7
In a small saucepan, heat milk and butter just until butter is melted.
* Step 8
Gradually add to the cake batter, mix just until combined. Milk shouldn't be very hot but warm.
* Step 9
Pre heat oven at 180 degree C for 10 minutes.
* Step 10
Pour;batter (upto 2/3rd) into a greased and lined baking pan.
* Step 11
Bake for about 35 minutes in the middle rack of the oven or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
* Step 12
Delicious, soft, moist and perfectly textured cake is ready to enjoy.
