Oats Chia Seeds Parfait with fresh fruits

Oats is an excellent ingredient to use in any dish to loose weight as it helps to feel full longer time than other food. And Chia Seeds are also excellent sauce of fiber and nutrients. So this Oats and chia seeds parfait is good option to take as breakfast or snack during diet.And it's taste is so good that you will surely fall in love of it.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chia seeds with 1/2 glass of water overnight or at least for 1 hour.
* Step 2
Take oats in a cup and soak with coconut milk for 1 or 2 hours to make them soft.
* Step 3
You can also soak them overnight by keeping them in the refrigerator.
* Step 4
Cut some fresh fruits like berries, orange segments, kiwi, apple etc. I use kiwi and orange.
* Step 5
Beat 1/2 cup of low fat yoghurt.
* Step 6
Take a serving glass or jar.
* Step 7
Put 2 tablespoon of oats mixture at the bottom of the glass.
* Step 8
Then make a layer of soaked chia seeds.
* Step 9
Over it place some cubed fresh fruits.
* Step 10
Than make a layer of yoghurt followed by another layer of chia seeds.
* Step 11
Again place some oats mixture and then yoghurt.
* Step 12
Top with some fruit pieces. You can make layers as per your choice.
* Step 13
Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled or at room temperature.
