Roasted mix vegetable

#Veganrecipe It is a very simple,easy and colorful healthy side dish .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take all the veggies except bell peppers and kidney beans and blunch them in boiling watering for 1 minute.

* Step 2

Drain them and soak them in cold water.

* Step 3

Place a non stick pan in a hot stove top.Put 1 tbsp of oil.

* Step 4

Heat the oil and put all the veggies and stir continuously on high heat.

* Step 5

Add salt,herb and chilli flakes and mix well.

* Step 6

After 5 minutes remove from heat and enjoy.
