#Eiddesserts Eid without sewaiya is incomplete.This sewaiya recipe is slight different from the common one.And of course delicious one.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
100 gms

sewai

1 tbsp

ghee

200 gm

yogurt

1 cup sugar+2 cups water

Sugar syrup(optional)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan heat ghee and fry sewaiya till golden brown in medium heat.

* Step 2

When sewaiya turns to desired colour add condensed milk and mix well to form a semi solid lump.

* Step 3

Line a cup cake tray with cling film to make the sewaiya cups.

* Step 4

Now take little portion of the mixture and spread in each cup cake mould by pressing the mixture and shape as small cups.

* Step 5

Like this fill other moulds with remaining mixture.Keep aside at room temperature to set.

* Step 6

In the meantime make the filling with yogurt.Drain water complete from yogurt.Add sugar and any flavor of your choice to make the shrikhand.

* Step 7

Now take out the sewai cups from the mould.You can drizzle some sugar syrup to the cups if you like.

* Step 8

At the time of serving fill the cups with prepared shrikhand and garnish with some crushed pistachios

* Step 9

Note:You can make other fillings like rabri,cream or whipped cream instead of shrikhand
