Oatmeal bread

My mom started making these small oatmeal bread slices. They're really light and tastey.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

2 cups

oat flour

1-1.25 cups

warm water

Pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend oats (if you have flour).

* Step 2

Add the warm water and water. Mix them together with the oat flour. The mixture is close to that of crepes.

* Step 3

Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes. Then heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and pour a ladle of the mixture onto the pan. Flit the bread when it bubbles (just like pancakes).
