Perfect Pizza Dough

This is my go-to pizza dough. It's so fun and easy to make! The cool thing about this pizza dough is you can either cook it in a hour or let it rise in the fridge for 3 days! I've tried a ton of different recipes but this one is the best

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F (if you are leaving it to rise in the fridge skip to step 2)

* Step 2

In a stand mixer, whisk together the lukewarm water and yeast until the yeast dissolves.

* Step 3

Using the paddle attachment slowly add in 1 cup of the flour along with the salt, baking powder and olive oil and mix for 30 seconds

* Step 4

Start adding more flour until it starts to become thick then switch to a dough hook and add more flour until you get a slightly sticky dough

* Step 5

Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl and let rise for an hour or put in the fridge for up to 1 to 3 days

* Step 6

If you let your dough rise in the fridge let it come to room temperature (about 4 hours) before moving on to step 7

* Step 7

Divide the dough in half so you have two doughs

* Step 8

Stretch pizza to fit desired pan and lightly brush the top with olive oil and let it sit for 15 minutes

* Step 9

Spread desired sauce, toppings and cheese and bake for 13 minutes or until pizza is slightly brown and enjoy!
