Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak almonds overnight and peel the skin. Soak dates in hot water for 30 minutes until soft.

* Step 2

Deseeded dates and take in blender along with almonds. Add in 1 cup milk and blend it until fine paste.

* Step 3

Add remaining milk as needed depending upon the sweetness of dates. Blend until well combined. Strain it to remove any chunks.

* Step 4

Dates & Almond Milkshake is ready to be serve chilled. Or refrigerate until serving.
