Ingredient

milk

1 tsp

sugar

2-3 drops

vanilla essence

2 tsp

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a deep plate break an egg. With a fork beat the egg well, then add milk and sugar. Mix them well until sugar dissolves.

* Step 2

Add vanilla essence and cinnamon powder and mix them well.

* Step 3

Heat a pan on medium flame. Once hot add 1/2 tsp butter. Dip one bread slice in egg mixture on both sides and immediately place it in the pan. (Don't let the bread soak the egg mix for long time as it will become soft and might break)

* Step 4

Fry the bread on both sides until golden brown. Repeat with other 2 slices.

* Step 5

Transfer to a plate and serve warm with honey.
