Layered Garlic Paratha

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take wheat flour and salt. Add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and set aside for 10 mins.
* Step 2
Finely chop garlic and coriander leaves.
* Step 3
Divide the dough into 4 equal size balls. Roll each ball into thin roti. Sprinkle chili powder, jeera and ghee. Spread evenly over the roti.
* Step 4
Sprinkle little bit of wheat flour and spread it. From one end make pleats and gather. Roll it and tuck the edge downwards.
* Step 5
Spread chopped garlic and coriander leaves and press gently and roll into a thick paratha.
* Step 6
Place the paratha on hot tawa. Apply ghee and roast it on both sides on medium flame. Prepare other parathas too.
* Step 7
Serve Garlic Paratha hot with your favorite curry.
