Almond, Cranberry & Pear Bircher Muesli (vegan)
Soaking oats overnight in juice or milk, then adding fruit (and optional yogurt) in the morning gives you this delicious healthy breakfast. I believe it was invented by a Swiss nutritionist in the early twentieth century, when breakfast was still important to keeping you healthy
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
The night before you want to eat it, mix the oats, almond milk and cranberries in a cereal bowl. Cover and refridgerate overnight.
* Step 2
Next morning, wash, dry and grate/shred the pear straight into the bowl, mix in then sprinkle over the flaked almonds.
