Spice mix - Indonesian Sambal Kecap
This is an Indonesian source and can be used as a dip for Saturdays instead of the usual peanut sauce, it is especially good with beef and chicken and is also very good with deep fried chicken. If you make this please take a photo and post together with the recipe. Thank you
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the chili, garlic, soy sauce, lemon or tamarind juice and hot water in a bowl
* Step 2
Stir in the onion slices, and leave to stand for 30 minutes before serving
