Quick and easy Pie Crust
This very simple pie crust is easy to make and is best prepared the day before you need it and kept in the refrigerator
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl stir together the flour, and shortening. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, salt, vinegar, egg and water. Blend all the ingredients to form a ball, add more water if necessary
* Step 2
Chill the dough and use as needed
