Pan-seared butter soy sauce Lemon sole fish🐟

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Use a sharp knife to make a shallow cut down the center of the fish fillet, then make a second cut perpendicular to the first cut to create an "X" shape. This will allow the fish to cook evenly and it helps the seasoning to penetrate deeper until the flesh.
* Step 2
Pat the fish fdry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper on both sides.
* Step 3
Melt some butter in a pan and cook sliced garlic on medium heat until golden brown.
* Step 4
Place the whole lemon sole in the pan, add a bit of soy sauce on and cook over medium to high heat for almost 3 minutes and, when the flesh is opaque, flip to the other side and cook for another 3 minutes.
* Step 5
Remove the fish and transfer it to a serving platter. Bonne appetite!
