Warm semolina pudding for breakfast
My mum makes it on rainy and cold Sunday mornings. It’s easy and quick breakfast that you can make when you’re looking for a change!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt the butter in a pot. Add the semolina with the sugar and mix for 3 minutes on high heat
* Step 2
Add the lukewarm water gradually while constantly mixing until it starts boiling.
* Step 3
You want to get the consistency of a cake batter. But keep in mind that when it cools down it will become thicker
* Step 4
Serve hot with some nuts if you like, or enjoy it cold as an afternoon dessert.
* Step 5
You can add milk instead of water as well or half half
