Chocolate Pie with Pears

Ingredient

200 grams

flour

100 grams

butter

2 tbsp

sugar

3 tbsp

cream

500 grams

mascarpone

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all ingridients for the crust and put in the fridge for an hour

* Step 2

Preheat oven to 200 C

* Step 3

Roll out the dough and bake it for a couple minutes.

* Step 4

Peel and cut the pears ant put them in boiling water along with the sugar and saffron for abou 4 minutes.

* Step 5

Melt the chocolate, add mascarpone and egg yolks.

* Step 6

Fill the crust with the chocolate-mascarpone mixture, put the pears on top and bake for 30 minutes at 160 C.
