Gluten free gingerbread and biscuits. Airfryer
Made with free from flour and coconut flour, syrup and treacle and no other sugars.
You can slice the gingerbread and spread margarine on or warm in microwave 😋😋

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt marg and syrup in a pan, not boiling only to melt, then leave to cool.
* Step 2
Put all dry ingredients together and add egg mix to get a smooth mixture.
* Step 3
Add to a square lightly oiled container and pour in if you want to make biscuits save a little behind. When in container cook in airfryer on bake a 180 c 12 minutes.
* Step 4
To make biscuits just add a little flour too mix and take small balls out squash in your palm with your thumb to press down to get a biscuit size you can add some sultanas or nuts too.
