Easy Irish potato cakes
Homemade and low calorie

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel potato and chop and add to pan of water and boil until soft.
When cooked drain then mash and let to cool. Add a little salt.
* Step 2
Then mix the flour and bicarbonate of soda. Then shape into triangular shape.
* Step 3
Then dry pan fry until cooked.
* Step 4
You will never buy shop bought when you can make these so easy. Eat hot or cold for breakfast or dinner there so delicious 😋
