1 stone & 4 lbs lighter than I was 6 weeks ago.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Crack egg and add milk then add cheese stir.
* Step 2
Cook slices of mushrooms in spray oil.
Then add egg mix to make omelette. When cooked add fresh parsley and salt and pepper.
